I went to visit my grandparents in Seremban, a town in Malaysia that they live in.
I opened the back of the camera a few times due to my anxiety that something was wrong.
There wasn't anything wrong, but my interference made a few wrongs.
There's a metaphor somewhere in that.

This is one of my favorite places to be in the whole world. Sitting in the passenger seat of my Grandmother's 20 year old car, feeling the small bumps in the road, the soft texture of the fabric covering the seats, a rarity what with leather seats nowadays, smelling the perfect smell of the car, a musty and warm smell. A smell that isn't intrusive or off-putting, rather, one that's simple and calming. The radio plays in the background, sometimes Grandma will softly sing along, her voice just reaching the notes, lilting beautifully in her special speak-sing way.
Eating at Lingam's Prata House.
My Yeh Yeh (grandfather), sleeps a lot.
Grandma reads the newspaper. Occasionally she offers her opinion of a story - or asks me mine.

At 92, he still goes to church every week, works as a doctor in his own clinic Monday to Friday, and goes to the gym.
